I'm not certain why I decided that I needed to make champagne ice cream for New Year's Eve.
It was a good idea. No. A great idea. Definitely great.

Chocolate egg creams are good.
Chocolate egg creams with a scoop of chocolate ice cream mixed in are better.

I'm really NOT known for dessert. I don't have much of a sweet tooth, don't bake, rarely get dessert when I eat out. But I've found a few nice and easy ones:
